Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap "Sign Up" or "Create Account". You can sign up with email and password, or use Google Sign-In for quick access.
How do I add my first child?
After creating an account, tap the "+" button or "Add Child" to create a profile. Enter your child's name, date of birth, and any relevant information.
Features & Usage
How do I track symptoms and temperature?
Open your child's profile, then tap "Add Entry" or the "+" button. Select "Temperature" or "Symptoms" and enter the information. You can add notes and timestamps.
How do medication reminders work?
When adding a medication, you can set reminder times. The app will send you notifications at the scheduled times. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.
Can I track multiple children?
Yes! You can add multiple children to your account. The free version allows limited profiles, while Premium (€4.99 one-time purchase) includes unlimited children.

How do I purchase Premium?

How do I restore my Premium purchase?
If you've purchased Premium on another device or after reinstalling the app, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Data & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored securely using Firebase. We follow industry best practices to protect your information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I export my data?
Premium users can export their data as PDF reports. This feature is available in the app's export section.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at kidcaretracker@gmail.com to request account deletion. We'll process your request and delete all associated data.
Troubleshooting
I'm not receiving notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for KidCareTracker in your device Settings → Notifications. Also check that the app has permission to send notifications.
My data isn't syncing
Ensure you have an active internet connection. Data syncs automatically when connected. If issues persist, try signing out and signing back in.
The app crashes or freezes
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, try restarting your device. If issues persist, contact us with details about when the crash occurs.
